Next Wednesday night at Rajadamnern stadium we will witness a headline bout that has been in the making for the past sort of a year, a fight between Wanchalong and Puenkon that will thankfully, finally happen.

But, there is another intriguing match-up on the cards that has garnered a huge amount of attention from the mainstream MuayThai media here in the kingdom of Thailand.

This match-up will also make history when we will get to see the first transgender (ladyboy) fight at the stadium and NongRose will be kitted out in her trademark sports bra.

Yes, it will be a strange sight for some, but as the fighter known as Nongrose is still physically and legally a man, there really can't be many legitimate complaints.

The fighter who hails from Issan and is the current Thai Rath 115lb champion, a title that can never be lost as that promotion is now defunct, has earned a fierce reputation over the last eight months with a string of impressive performances fighting here in Bangkok under the guile of OneSongchai promotions.

NongRose is contracted to Songchai promotions and they have not given the fighter an easy ride with this upcoming bout at Rajadamnern — as one could easily say it definitely could be a baptism of fire as NongRose will come up against the current undisputed KO king of the Songchai stable of fighters, and that boxer is none other than SuaYai Chor-Haypayak.

For this bout SuaYai will weigh-in at 111lbs and NongRose at 113lbs.

You can watch the fight live in HD, with multiple camera angles, accompanied by English commentary via: www.muaythaixtream.com

The broadcast will commence at 7:30pm (GMT+ 7).
