ONE LEGEND RETIRES AND ANOTHER COMES OUT OF RETIREMENT WITH A CALL OUT
News broke yesterday that the living legend Yodsanklai Fairtex would be retiring from fighting. The announcement was made via Yodsanklai’s Instagram account:
In the wake of his sudden retirement, it’s left a void in the sport and one legend took the opportunity to announce his intentions to come out of retirement and challenge another legend.
Sitsongpeenong and Fairtex management have given approval for Kem Sitsongpeenong to come out of retirement for one last mega fight in place of the recently retired Yodsanklai Fairtex in a 1 million usd fight if, “The King of Muay Thai” Buakaw Banchamek accepts the challenge.

Buakaw is fresh off a dominant victory at Kunlun Fight 62 in Bangkok this past weekend (Jun 10, 2017). He controlled the action from bell to bell, which had him winning a clear-cut decision over Kong Lingfeng of China.
Kem fSitsongpeenong (32) and Buakaw Banchamek (35) are both from the same generation and are near the same age. These two decorated champions have never cross paths in their careers but that could all change if Buakaw accepts Kem’s challenge.
If these two living legends entered the ring, who would you have coming out with their hand raised.
